Gnocchi

To make the cheese sauce: saute Italian sweet peppers and onions in bacon fat and 2 tbsp flour(whichever variety is within your allergy friendly) and incorporate to paste. Mix in 1/2 table spoon of Eden mustard and 1+ cup whole milk slowly. Add 1 cup mixed cheese of Jack and kilaree Cook till melted. (Grass-fed)

Gnocchi: Preheat oven to 200. Next boil gnocchi (check ingredients it make your own) as directed (boil 45 sec) while frying bacon, remove and saute yellow Bell peppers cut in strips in bacon fat, then fry boiled gnocchi until golden brown on one side.

Bake: Layer in a glass pyrex dish 1) 1/2 the gnocchi, 2) crumbled bacon and pepper strips 3) cheese sauce and repeat. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 20+ minutes.
