Pork chops with mustard sauce

Directions and ingredients:
1)In a ceramic, cast-iron, or other nickel friendly pan melt 1tbsp salted organic butter over med-high heat.
2) add the pork chops and brown on one side, reduce the heat to medium and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, flip the chops and cook the other sides till cooked through.
3) remove to a warmed dish until time to serve
For sauce:
4) reduce heat to low and add one tbsp of mustard made with apple cider vinegar (Eden's), store together with the left over pork grease for one minute
5) add one tbsp Apple cider vinegar and 2 -3tbsp of grass fed milk half n half and continue to stir for another minute.
6) Pour over chops and serve with veggies or rice. The sauce mixes into both well.
