What to do with left over hamburger?

 Chop it up with some bell pepper and put it in a whole-wheat pita! Add some grass-fed organic cheese without added color, such as Rumiano, and some avocado and some herbs and now you have lunch!
To make this dish gluten-free, purchase gluten-free pitas, rather than the ones pictured or use leaf lettuce, if not following the low nickel diet. 
To make this dish dairy-free, omit cheese or use dairy-free cheese (that does not contain corn), if you are not following the low nickel diet.
