My life after chocolate

The story begins here:

I went to the Chiropractor September 2016 because I could not turn my neck, and one year later, my entire world has changed. Obviously, there are a few reasons for this, but how could a kink in my neck lead to so many dietary restrictions? I’ve always been a medical anomaly.

  • Let’s do allergy testing and food allergy testing as maybe it will lessen the migraines:

I’m willing to try just about anything to rid myself of migraines and my allergies have plagued me since I was an infant. Why not? I now take drops under my tongue, and yes they do help, but no they are not a cure.

At 16, I identified that I have a severe reaction to tomatoes, like a small amount causes breathing distress, and so forth, and yet, CORN had a HIGHER reaction based on this skin test. Corn is in EVERYTHING!

  • So, I have committed henceforth to riding my life of Corn while adhering to no tomato and no cinnamon.

But wait, there’s more, at the same time my teeth are decaying exponentially and my stomach acid is destroying my internal organs, so I am on a track to determine the root cause with the Gastroenterologist and my hands have displayed a disturbing dermatitis I have been working with my dermatologist on. He also diagnosed me with Raynaud’s for the discoloring and response to cold.

  • With a high-sensitivity test it was determined I also have an allergy to nickel, BHA and fragrance, so now there are additional confines to the diet. INCLUDING NO CHOCOLATE!

  • AND Osteopenia, so we need to up the calcium, but any outside milk is high in NICKEL.

So, the story continues in pictures, recipes and ideas. I hope this helps you, as well as keeps a record for me.
Just about everything has had to change, all the way down
to toothpaste and deodorant.

These worked for corn less, but not for fragrance
or BHA.
